Spicy Thai Pasta Salad

1 (12 to 16 ounce) package angel hair pasta
2 tablespoons sesame oil or more
6 tablespoons honey
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup peanuts

Cook noodles to al dente. Mix all liquid ingredients in measuring cup. Pour over noodles. Mix in with cilantro, green onions, peanuts and red peppers before serving.

  • 6 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together the sugar, water, gelatin and cornstarch in a medium large saucepan. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat.
  2. Fold in the sliced strawberries, toss until well coated. Pour into the graham cracker crust.
  3. Chill until well set. Serve topped with whipped cream.
