Chinese Bar-B-Q Pork

2 pork loins
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
3/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
3/4 teaspoon five spice seasoning
2 teaspoons red food coloring

Marinade in zip-type bag 24 hours, turning often. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, then 300 degrees about 1 hour. Keep turning every 10 to 15 minutes. Cool.

Slice thin and serve with hot mustard and sesame seeds.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together the sugar, water, gelatin and cornstarch in a medium large saucepan. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat.
  2. Fold in the sliced strawberries, toss until well coated. Pour into the graham cracker crust.
  3. Chill until well set. Serve topped with whipped cream.
