Graham Streusel Cake

1 cake mix (any kind)
1 package graham crackers
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup powdered sugar
Water

Mix cake by following instructions on box.

Crush graham crackers. Add brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. Pour half of cake batter into pan, then half of the graham cracker crumbs. Pour rest of batter in, then follow with remaining crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees F until done.

Mix powdered sugar and water and drizzle over top of cake when done baking.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together the sugar, water, gelatin and cornstarch in a medium large saucepan. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat.
  2. Fold in the sliced strawberries, toss until well coated. Pour into the graham cracker crust.
  3. Chill until well set. Serve topped with whipped cream.
