Crumb Top Peach Pie (Amish)

6 sliced peaches
1 unbaked pie shell
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup cream
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons butter

Arrange peaches in shell. Mix flour, 3/4 cup sugar, cream and pour over peaches. Mix flour, 1/3 cup sugar and butter and put on top of pie. Bake at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees F until custard is set - about 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together the sugar, water, gelatin and cornstarch in a medium large saucepan. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat.
  2. Fold in the sliced strawberries, toss until well coated. Pour into the graham cracker crust.
  3. Chill until well set. Serve topped with whipped cream.
